I've purchased three lights from Jlhawaii in the span of about a week. Awesome turnaround and quality built flashlights.

My third order (last night when I should have been getting to bed for work) was causing me some issues checking out. I messaged Jackson on the site chat and he responded in short order. We went back and forth on what was occuring and he was dead set in sorting everything out right then and there. With his exceptional customer service and support, I was able to get in a last second KR1 and couldn't be more excited for it... Again!

Jackson was probably fixing my flashlight while on the phone telling me how busy and backed up he was! Had it back home a half a world away less than 3 days after he received it!

My D18 was repaired quickly. The packaging made it damage proof during shipping. Even the old parts that had to be replaced were included. 10/10

Got one of these with FFL505 6500k and 3700k tint mix and it did not disappoint. Quality materials and build and my new favorite torch.

Jackson did an awesome job with my light. Build quality is top notch. I love it so much that when I received it I ordered a couple more lights from him that same day. I got mine with FFL351A 4500 Rosy and I absolutely love it!

jackson makes the best lights ever! and his customer service is something ive never experienced anywhere else. so worth the money and the shipping is lightning quick. absolutely insanely good mule light as well

man, this light is so rad. i slapped a pocket clip on that thing and it’s been with me ever since! jackson is once again making some of the best custom mules out there and such a pleasure to work with. if you’re ever unsure just read this and know that jackson is worth the extra couple bucks.

This is my first light from Jackson Lee/Emisar, and I’ve got to say, I’m seriously impressed by the attention to detail on this light. From the placement of the aux emitters to the amazing selection of main LEDs you can choose from, it’s just top-notch.
The MCPCB used here is also beautifully made, and the overall design solutions are incredibly well executed and neatly arranged. The soldering is also impeccably done.
It’s definitely not the last time I’ll be buying from here.

His communication, insight, and helpfulness are a such an awesome departure from ordering things on Amazon/Walmart/etc. He was so quick to engage on Reddit, he constantly posts his updated offerings, and he also encouraged me to setup alerts which secured my dream light.

Shipping was so fast (I did pick expedited shipping), communication was stellar, product was more than I was hoping for. If you're on the fence about ordering from Jackson, let this be your sign to do it.

Jackson's work has always been top notch, but these new two channel mules are just incredible. Easily the best pocket work light I've ever seen. Incredible quality of light in a wide flood coupled with a huge battery and good sized host for heat dissipation means you can run these darn near all day.
