UPDATE SEPT 2022 >>> USPS drop off is 3pm (HST) Monday - Saturday, most packages will receive a scan and depart around 10-11pm every night. ALL ORDERS THAN COMES IN AFTER 3PM WILL SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY 

There is NO NEXT DAY or OVERNIGHT shipping services from Hawaii! I am on a tiny Island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean! 

SHIPPING INSURANCE: USPS 1st class mail orders over $50 is included, anything less I will use my discretion. USPS Priority mail is insured for $100 anything over will be covered by me. FedEx 2-day $100 is included. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS DELIVERED AND YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT, PLEASE CONTACT USPS OR FEDEX. USPS, FEDEX OR ME IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU PACKAGE GOTTEN STOLEN OR GOTTEN DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. 

Shipping is paid by the customer, there always unexpected delays especially with USPS so I don't or can't guarantee the delivery dates especially going INTERNATIONAL! International orders are shipped with FEDEX International or USPS Priority mail with $200 insurance or FEDEX with $100 insurance included. All orders shipped with USPS 1st class international has limited tracking once it leaves the USA. Some orders going international can take over a month which I have no control over.

ALL non custom orders are ALWAYS shipped the SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY (EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAYS OR SUNDAYS) as long as the order is in by 4pm (Hawaii Standard Time HST). Custom built lights will take slightly longer.

I only ship USPS & FedEx 2-day, I only use FEDEX OR USPS for International orders. Please call, message or email me, if you have any questions.

FedEx drop off is 12pm (HST) Monday - Saturday daily anything later will be shipped the NEXT DAY!

Lost, missing or stolen packages are fully insured. International orders only the total cost of the order (minus shipping) is covered.

INTERNATIONAL AND CANADA ORDERS: I HIGHLY RECCOMEND SELECTING UPS OVER USPS 1ST CLASS INTERNATIONAL ONLY BECAUSE LIMITED TRACKING AND NOT INSURED, 1ST CLASS INTERNAITONAL DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION AND TAKE 1+ MONTHS VS UPS CAN TAKE 3-10 DAYS AND ITS INSURED FOR $100. COST DIFFERENCE IS USUALLY $10 MORE THAN 1ST CLASS INTERNATIONAL <<< HIGHLY RECCOMEDNED!
