30-day refund/return policy.  If you want to return the item purchased from my store, there is 25% RESTOCKING FEE + MINUS SHIPPING. ITEM HAS TO BE RETURN IN ITS "ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION" Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is responsible to cover any cost for lost or damaged items. Standard 1-year warranty policy. All products are warrantied from the manufacturer and by me. Most of the flashlights I sell I can repair but depending on parts availability. Unfortunately, ALL international orders the buyers pay for shipping.  

ALL "CUSTOM" built-to-order lights are NON-REFUNDABLE! Once it's built it's YOURS! You are welcomed to return it BUT there will be a heavy restocking fee and will be store credit. THANKS!
