All orders that were shipped starting from 8/19/2023 there has need delays because of recent and current Hurricane. 1st stop over is LAX from there is where the trouble started. I heard there was a system error that some packages didn't get scanned but gotten scanned at destination area. Sorry for the delays there is nothing can be done. I know some packages going priority mail has still not gotten delivered some well over 10 days, sorry all I ask is be patient. If there is still an issue you can do a missing mail search Missing Mail and Lost Packages | USPS or I can do it for you, usps will contact you by phone or email.
Also, usps has made changes to 1st class mail packages, it's now call USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE I can't get a definitive answer from usps about this, and no one can give me a definitive answer. They told me anything small from Honolulu to the mainland USA will go air, but larger packages will go ground, but it doesn't really apply to me everything is usually small 1lb or less and anything heavier will go priority mail. LAX is the 1st stop from Honolulu and then they said its going ground transportation which i think it's not accurate. But expect delays now for 1st class or ground advantage will be slower than usual because they said they are cutting cost slowing services and not increasing prices.
If you are in a RUSH, please select FEDEX 2-day, there is a rate increase but i won't increase the rates till everything settles down.
