30-day refund/return policy.  If you want to return the item purchased from my store, there is 25% RESTOCKING FEE + MINUS SHIPPING. ITEM HAS TO BE RETURN IN ITS "ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION" Return shipping is paid by the buyer and is responsible to cover any cost for lost or damaged items. Standard 1-year warranty policy. All products are warrantied from the manufacturer, and these are handled by me or be sent back to the manufacturer. Most of the flashlights I can repair and replace locally some needs to be sent back to the manufacturer. Unfortunately, ALL international orders the buyers pay for shipping.
